TERMS & CONDITIONS

By applying to be an Affiliate Partner of The Wholesale Formula, you agree to be bound by our rules and conditions of the promotion as outlined below. If at any time, you violate the terms outlined below (terms.twfpartner.com) or use marketing tactics we deemed unethical, we reserve the right to discontinue our partnership immediately.

The Wholesale Formula reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

AFFILIATE REGISTRATION

  • It is the responsibility of the affiliate partner to register to promote The Wholesale Formula by signing up at twfpartner.com
  • It is the responsibility of the affiliate partner to provide all necessary payout information to The Wholesale Formula by completing the form at info.twfpartner.com and submitting any necessary forms as requested before the commission payout dates as provided by TWF.
  • Any modifications to an affiliate partner's portal account should be requested to [email protected] before the promotion begins.
  • Any modifications to an affiliate's commission payout info should be done by the affiliate themselves by logging into their Gusto.com account OR provided to [email protected] before the payout dates.
  • An affiliate must notify [email protected] in the event they want to terminate their partnership with TWF.
  • The Wholesale Formula reserves the right to approve or reject ANY affiliate program application at our sole and absolute discretion. You will have no legal recourse against us for the rejection of your application.

 

PROMOTION RULES

  • Follow the TWF-provided promotion schedule. Early announcements of the workshop, the dates of the workshop, open TWF enrollment, or your bonus package are ABSOLUTELY NOT permitted and will result in the termination of the partnership without commission payout.

  • Always adhere to FTC guidelines when promoting The Wholesale Formula.

  • No direct solicitation of prospects will be permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, reaching out to event attendees or those who have commented on ads,  etc.

  • Creating your own Facebook groups regarding The Wholesale Formula and/or this promotion is not permitted.

  • Don't send spam, use safelists, or solo ads of any kind.

  • Offering cash rebates, cash backs, gift cards, or physical product incentives is not permitted.

  • Do not use negative words such as scam your marketing campaign.

  • Don't misinterpret or misrepresent The Wholesale Formula.

  • Copying other TWF affiliate partners' marketing efforts including but not limited to bonus packages, landing pages, program reviews, email copy, etc.

  • Registered affiliates agree to all rules, information, guidelines, etc. provided in the TWF Affiliate Info Guide at guide.twfpartner.com

  • Tracking links are provided in the affiliate partner’s portal and will be updated prior to the promotion. We utilize "last link clicked" for affiliate tracking.
  • Marketing campaigns via other platforms like YouTube, Facebook, Google Ads are permitted so long as it adheres to the rules and conditions of the promotion.

AFFILIATE RESOURCES

  • Affiliate partners are given access to the partner guide site guide.twfpartner.com. All resources which are found on the site can be used by our partners with their marketing campaigns.
  • Affiliate partners will not be given free access to The Wholesale Formula or any other products/services offered in conjunction with this promotion.
  • Marketing materials such as logos, pictures, and text and video testimonials found at guide.twfpartner.com may be used by affiliates so long as that use doesn't violate any terms or conditions.
  • Email updates regarding the promotion are being sent out via email, text message, and posted at guide.twfpartner.com. It is the responsibility of affiliate partners to ensure they are opted into emails and text messages from The Wholesale Formula and to check guide.twfpartner.com regularly to ensure they don't miss important announcements.
  • Copyrights, trademarks, portrait rights and all other rights relating to this website and the promotion belongs to TWF and/or its affiliate partners unless specified otherwise.
  • Affiliate partners may reach out to the Affiliate Services team via email at [email protected] and expect a response within 8 business hours (Monday-Friday 9 AM – 5 PM EST. )
  • You may also contact Ann de Leon, Chief Operating Officers at The Wholesale Formula via email ([email protected]).

EARNING AFFILIATE COMMISSION

  • The Wholesale Formula pays a 50% affiliate commission on money collected for all sales of The Wholesale Formula for which Keap Affiliate Tracking (last link clicked) attributes to a specific affiliate partner.

  • During our June 2025 Launch of FTF, affiliates will earn $1,498.50 per pay-in-full sale of TWF and $437 per payment up to 4 total payment plan payments.
  • We do NOT pay commissions on refunded orders, failed payments, or past payments due until/unless those payments are collected.
  • We utilize Keap's 'last link clicked' affiliate tracking. When someone opts in using an affiliate link, it'll be credited to you if / when they buy so long as they don't click another affiliate's link before they purchase.
  • Customers of TWF reserve the right to change who their sale is attributed to 1 TIME but must do so by emailing [email protected]

AFFILIATE COMMISSION PAYOUTS

All TWF affiliates will receive commission payouts for sales made only during our June 2025 open cart period (June 17 - 26) and only for payments collected by The Wholesale Formula.

As of July 2023, all TWF Affiliates who reside in countries supported by Gusto will be paid via Gusto, a cloud-based automatic deposit payroll platform. The following terms apply for commission payouts based on your status: US-Based Affiliate, Affiliate In Country Supported By Gusto, and Affiliate In Country NOT Supported by Gusto.

US-BASED AFFILIATES

Any commission payouts sent to US-based affiliate partners of The Wholesale Formula are sent via Gusto as an independent contractor payment.

For each payment sent to an affiliate partner, Gusto charges a $12 fee, which we will automatically deduct from your total payout amount. For this reason, affiliate partners are given 2 options on how many total commission payouts they want to receive for the promotion they're participating in, as explained below:

OPTION #1:  The 3 Payout Schedule

(resulting in a total of $36 deducted from your commission payments)

 

AUGUST 10 - 

Commissions paid for non-refunded, pay-in-full TWF enrollments, as well as received first & second payment plan payments ($12 will be deducted for the Gusto fee to send this payment)

SEPTEMBER 9 -

Commissions paid for received third of 4 payment plan payments ($12 will be deducted for the Gusto fee to send this payment)

OCTOBER 9 -

Commissions paid for received fourth of 4 payment plan payments ($12 will be deducted for the Gusto fee to send this payment)

  OPTION #2: The Single Payout Schedule

(a total of $12 deducted from your commission payment)

A single, one-time lump sum payment will be sent to you on October 9th, 2025 for ALL commissions of TWF enrollments (including received pay-in-fulls and payment plan payments) during our June 2025 FTF Launch with a deduction of $12 for the Gusto fee.

If not already received via the Commission Info Form (info.twfpartner.com), our team will contact any affiliate who earned sales during this promotion to determine which payout schedule you choose.

If no response is received before the first payout date (August 10, 2025), our team will assume you chose Option #1: The 3-Payout Schedule.

INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATES:

Gusto supports paying international contractors in the countries listed here. For countries currently unsupported by Gusto, please see info below.

INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE: COUNTRY SUPPORTED BY GUSTO

Any funds will always be sent in USD, however, some funds will be converted to the recipient's local bank account currency according to the table here.

Gusto uses several payment methods to facilitate international payments, including but not limited to local transfers, USD wires, etc. IF there's a fee to send money to your country, Gusto will take that fee out of the money you, the recipient, receives.

If an exchange is performed to convert USD to local currency, the fee will be included as part of the exchange rate. If USD is sent and received, there will be a wire transfer fee. Any payment exceeding $100,000 may be broken into multiple payments, as required by Gusto.

Once submitted, it typically takes 1-3 business days for a payment to be received.

INTERNATIONAL AFFILIATE: COUNTRY NOT SUPPORTED BY GUSTO

Any affiliate residing in a country not currently supported by Gusto may choose to receive their commission payouts from the 3 options below:

OPTION #1: Wire Transfer
The Wholesale Formula will deduct $15 wire transfer fee will be deducted from each commission payout you receive. Any additional fees required by your banking institution, including exchange rates, etc., are your responsibility, not that of The Wholesale Formula.

OPTION #2: PayPal
PayPal will automatically deduct a 2%-3% PayPal fee from each commission payout you receive. Any additional fees required by your banking institution, including exchange rates, etc. are your responsibility, not that of The Wholesale Formula.

OPTION #3: Mailed Check
No fees will be deducted from your commission payouts, unless required by your financial institution or for exchange rate. Any fees charged by your country, customs, your financial institution, etc. including exchange rates are your responsibility, not that of The Wholesale Formula. Mailed checks typically require 3-12 weeks from the written date to deliver depending on country and customs laws.

 

OFFERS

  • Any bonus package offered by the Affiliate outside of what was offered by TWF should be explicitly explained and covered by the Affiliate.
  • The Wholesale Formula will not be liable for the Affiliate’s failure to deliver the promotions or bonus package outside of what is offered by TWF.

 

TERMS

The term of this Agreement begins upon your acceptance in the Program and will end when your Affiliate account is terminated.

The terms and conditions of this agreement may be modified by us at any time. If any modification to the terms and conditions of this Agreement are unacceptable to you, you can choose to terminate your Affiliate account. Your continuing participation in the Program will constitute your acceptance of any change.
