VA University works as both a recruitment agency and training program for our VAs. We recruit people in the Philippines who are looking to work digitally from home and use our application process to vet them based on their overall skills, such as their English speaking and writing skills, their typing speed, how well they navigate the web, and their ability to work from home (i.e. do they have solid internet, a trusty computer, etc.).
Only 1 out of every 50 applicants pass this initial step. Remaining applicants are then personally interviewed by our team for their level of commitment and overall attitude and competency. Only 1 out of every 2 remaining candidates will make it to the end of the vetting process.
