These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations related to purchasing a ticket to attend The Wholesale Formula Seminar on September 30th, 2023.
By purchasing a ticket, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not purchase a ticket.

By purchasing a ticket for The Wholesale Formula Seminar, I...
- Secure my digital ticket to attend the 100% LIVE, in-person Seminar training event hosted by The Wholesale Formula.
- Am in no way bound to attend the event nor pay for anything additional before, during, or after the event whatsoever.
- Recognize this event is 100% in-person and is not a digital/online event.
- Accept my responsibility to obtain (at my own cost) transportation and accommodations to attend this event if I should need it.
- Acknowledge that the purchase of the ticket grants me access to this event from 11 a.m. til 1 p.m. Central and does not entitle me to any further training, time with, or access to the instructors.
- Recognize that food and drinks will not be provided at this event and will make plans to eat before/afterward.
- Accept that it's my responsibility to arrive at the event at least 15 minutes before it begins (or by 10:45 a.m. Central Time).
- Understand that my ticket containing details of the event will be emailed to me upon completion of purchasing a ticket.
- Acknowledge my responsibility to check my email (including inbox, junk & spam folders) for emails regarding the event. If I do not receive emails, it is my responsibility to reach out to The Wholesale Formula team at [email protected] and let them know.
- Acknowledge that The Wholesale Formula Seminar will take place on Saturday, September 30th, 2023 at 11 a.m. Central Time and that I will not receive access to the event, training, or anything else until that date/time.
- Accept that The Wholesale Formula team reserves the right to revoke my ticket and access to this event for any reason, including my violations of these terms and conditions, or if they find my behavior to be unacceptable.
- Recognize that ALL content, materials, and presentations provided during this event (including but not limited to presentation slides, pictures, videos, graphics, logos, and images) are the property of The Wholesale Formula and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. I may not use, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of this content without the prior, written consent of The Wholesale Formula.
- Understand that children will not be admitted to attend this event.
- Accept that I may bring any guests to the event, but that each guest must have purchased their own ticket to attend. Click here to purchase an additional ticket.
- May request a refund for my ticket to attend this seminar if I am not completely satisfied by emailing my request to [email protected] within 7 days of the event (by September 7, 2023).
- Acknowledge that any ticket refund requests received after October 7th, 2023 will be denied.
- Will be added to the email list for all information, updates, and newsletters regarding The Wholesale Formula.
- May unsubscribe from The Wholesale Formula email list at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in any email received or by request to [email protected]
- Understand that The Wholesale Formula strives to provide accurate and up-to-date information in our presentations. However, we do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or materials provided.
- Recognize that affiliates of The Wholesale Formula may earn a commission on my ticket purchase and other subsequent products/services I may purchase in relation to this event.
The Wholesale Formula, its parent company Ascension Consulting LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of the information provided at this event.
Our training, events, and materials are for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice. We recommend consulting with a qualified professional before making any business or financial decisions.
The Wholesale Formula results vary and are not guaranteed. The success I have is largely dependent on the actions that I take.
