There has been a lot of fear in the news lately.
Almost every pundit, anchor, economist and otherwise is predicting that the global economy will fall into recession sometime in 2023. And many of them forecasting it will happen as early as this summer.
If it’s anything like the Great Recession that started back in 2007, millions of people will lose their jobs, lose their retirements…and lose their homes.
And those that stand idle are the ones most likely to lose everything.
But it's not all bad news…

Recessions are when the most millionaires are created.
I should know. I am one of them.
I built my wealth due to the last recession.
And all signs are indicating that the same thing that made me millions is about to happen again.
It’s something I call the product and customer convergence.
And the people who take advantage of this phenomenon stand to make millions.
A bold claim, I know. But it’s like I said. I am speaking from experience.
PART 1
THE CUSTOMER CONVERGENCE
During the Great Recession, I noticed an interesting trend.
Pillars of the American retail industry were going out of business left and right.

You couldn’t drive around your hometown without seeing a store or major retailer with a sign out front saying “STORE CLOSING - EVERYTHING MUST GO”
But one day, something occurred to me. I wondered, “where are their loyal customers going to shop instead?”
You see, just because the K-Mart in my small Kentucky town closed, doesn’t mean it wasn’t selling products.
It was selling tens of thousands of dollars worth of products every day. Just not enough to keep the doors open.
Those customers had to go somewhere…
They still needed to buy groceries, dog food, and toilet paper.
And I figured out where many of those customers were going…
It was Amazon.
AMAZON IS RECESSION PROOF
Did you know during the Great Recession, which lasted from 2007 - 2009, Amazon grew its revenue by 65%?
Or that from 2019 - 2021, despite major obstacles worldwide like government shutdowns and supply chain issues due to COVID, Amazon grew its revenue by 68%.

You don’t have to be an economist to look at those numbers and see for yourself that Amazon is recession proof.
But why? How are they so resilient?
Well, the answer is pretty simple. Even during a recession, people still need to buy things, and Amazon remains the most convenient and cost effective way to do it.
And perhaps more importantly, Amazon still does not have a real competitor for online shopping.
In 2022, 38% of all physical products purchased on the internet in the United States were purchased on Amazon.
To put that into perspective, Walmart, Target & Ebay COMBINED only equals 12%.
What all this means is, while many people in the world were struggling, those that focused on Amazon were growing.
RECESSIONS CREATE CONSOLIDATION
In a recession, there is consolidation.
The big get bigger because consumers start to become more selective in who they do business with.
When the good times are rolling, people will take chances and buy things they don't even need from places they've never heard of.
But during a recession, they tend to do business more with the "safest" bet - and nowhere is safer than Amazon.
The average consumer might spend less overall money in a recession, but they spend more on Amazon than they ever have before.
It may sound a bit crazy until you look at the numbers, which shows Amazon growth surges fit perfectly in line with it. A consumer goes out less to save money on gas. Since they're going out less, they need to buy more stuff online. And for that, they go to Amazon more than anywhere else.
Even better though is net new buyers. It's hard to believe but there is a portion of the population who have yet to make a purchase on Amazon. These new accounts open up sharpest on the back of a recession as what was once an option (buying online) becomes a necessity.
PART 2
THE PRODUCT CONVERGENCE
Now so far, I’ve laid out all the facts pretty clearly that during times of economic stress, customers migrate to Amazon.
But now comes the part many people never considered.
During times of economic stress…where do the products go?
Think about it like this.
When hundreds of K-marts closed across the united states, not only did millions of customers need a new place to shop. But thousands of brands just lost their shelf space.
And we’ve talked about big retailers like K-Mart and Sears, but even more affected were all the mom and pop specialty stores. Thousands of those across the nation that carried niche products had to shut down as well.
When the recession hit, not only were retailers affected, but so were the brands they carry.
And this created ENORMOUS DEMAND for…Amazon sellers.
Those brands now needed people like me and you to sell their products on Amazon and get them in front of their customers…or they were going to go bankrupt.
And this convergence, between customers and brands, that happened over a decade ago…it has already started again…
THE GREAT AMAZON SELLER SHORTAGE
Did you know that 59% of all the products sold on Amazon are sold by individuals? Yes, there is a greater than 50/50 chance that the last thing you purchased on Amazon, the profit went to someone like me, or your neighbor, or some other seemingly average, everyday person.
These people are called Amazon sellers, and they collectively generated well in excess of $100 Billion dollars in sales in the year 2022. And you can become one of them.
The vast majority of the current Amazon sellers are selling generic, white label products from China (you might have noticed how inundated Amazon has become lately with this type of junk)
And when a recession comes, people aren’t looking to buy more generic Chinese manufactured stuff. They will be looking for the name brand products they used to buy in physical stores.
Physical stores that will be closed.
And it’s the Amazon sellers with those name brand products that will WIN the recession.
Because they are the ones standing right in the middle of the convergence of the customers, and the products.
They are giving customers what they want (their name brand products) and they are giving brands what they want (someone to sell their products on Amazon).
And right now, there is a shortage of these types of Amazon seller.
HOW TO PROFITABLY SELL NAME BRAND PRODUCTS ON AMAZON
Ok, we’ve established that there is a huge opportunity to sell name brand products on Amazon right now.
So it begs the question “How do you do it?”
Well, you do it exactly like my business partner and I have for over a decade now.
We’ve personally sold over $36 Million on Amazon, with the vast majority of it being name brand products.
And we do it with a method we call “The Wholesale Formula”
THE WHOLESALE FORMULA EXPLAINED
The Wholesale Formula is easy to understand.
What do you sell?
Best selling, brand name products. You don’t get products manufactured in China. You are not introducing new products to the market. You sell top products that people are already buying and are guaranteed to sell.
nothing easier to sell than the thing that sells itself.
Makes sense, right? No need to reinvent the wheel.
Where do you buy these products?
You buy the products directly from the brand. And you buy them in bulk to get manufacturer direct pricing which enables you to resell the product at a profit.
Where do you sell these products?
Amazon.com
Now here’s the crazy part. Most people attempting to do this model are doing it completely wrong…
The conventional wisdom for wholesale is NOT to find a successful product first, and then purchase it brand owner direct.
Instead, in the Traditional Wholesale model, you would find a wholesaler or distributor who effectively acts as a middleman. That person marks up the prices and then goes through their giant inventories of products to find the very few ones you can sell for little to no profit.

Unlike the Traditional Wholesale method, The Wholesale Formula cuts out the middle man. That way you get the products you actually want at the best possible price.
I want to reiterate that point… When you use the Wholesale Formula Model, it’s difficult for anyone to compete with you selling branded products because you are getting a much better price than them.
Most physical product brands aren’t actually set up to sell their own products. Think about it... There is no Pepsi store. No Proctor & Gamble store or Johnson & Johnson store.
Brands rely on retailers to sell their products in stores and online.
And you can be one of those retailers.
“Even if you’ve never sold anything on Amazon before?”
YES.
“Even if you’ve never sold anything online before at all?”
YES.
LIVE WORKSHOP:
HOW TO SELL ON AMAZON
Learn how to start your Amazon seller business and how to find your first products to sell in a live workshop led by multi-million dollar Amazon sellers, Dylan Frost & Dan Meadors.
How lucrative is it to be an Amazon seller right now?
For years now, we have been teaching people from all backgrounds and experience levels how to start their own Amazon business and land their first profitable wholesale accounts within just weeks or months via a coaching program called (you guessed it)...The Wholesale Formula.
We’ve taught a 17-year-old.

We’ve helped people sell multiple millions per year.

We’ve taught People from The UK…

And people from Australia…

And everywhere in-between.

It doesn’t matter who you are, what your background is, or where you come from. Selling on Amazon works and it can work for you too.
HOW PROFITABLE IS IT?
To buy direct from a brand and get manufacturer direct pricing, you have to open a wholesale account with them.
What is a wholesale account worth?
Like I said earlier, we’ve sold well over $36M worth of products on Amazon
We crunched the numbers and found that the average wholesale account we open is worth $7,200 profit per year.
Notice I said profit. That is money in our pocket.
How many of those do you need?
It takes opening only one wholesale account per month to be earning $86,400 within a year…
It’s not even that daunting of a task.
But ignore our success for a moment. What you should really be looking at is the success of the students we’ve taught these methods to.
We surveyed our students about their success and 960 responded.
960 students who have gone through our coaching program have combined to sell over a BILLION dollars on Amazon. Yes, Billion with a B.
That’s $1.1 million in sales per student on average.

The Wholesale Formula is the best kept secret in the world of online sales. And it’s because it’s not the sexy way to make money… It’s the boring, proven way.
HOW DO YOU KNOW WHAT PRODUCTS TO SELL?
Now you understand the business model of The Wholesale Formula and know it really is the proven business model that thousands of Amazon sellers are using to generate millions of dollars in sales each year.
But there is something you don’t know.
And that is how to find the best, most profitable products for you to sell.
Not every product out there is a great fit. And really, not knowing how to find products is the biggest reason more people aren’t doing The Wholesale Formula.
But if you do know how, you have a license to print money.
Not only do we know how to find the best and most profitable product opportunities… We’ve turned it into a science.
The term “Wholesale Formula” is literal.
We created a simple mathematical formula that allows you to approximate how much money you can make by selling any product listed on Amazon.
It has totally revolutionized Amazon selling for the select few people that know this formula…
And on Tuesday, March 28, 2023 at 2:00 PM EST / 11:00 AM PST, I will be teaching how to do “The Wholesale Formula” Live on Zoom.
I am going to show you how $1,087.50 profit per month is generated by this exact reptile warming light…

Or $2,172 per month from these Vegan jerky strips (yum!)…

Or $3,511.35 per month just simply selling misprint ball point pens….

On the webinar, I won’t just be giving you fish, I will be teaching YOU how to fish.
You will learn how to use The Wholesale Formula to go out and find your own profitable wholesale accounts that enable you to earn profit month after month by ordering and selling the same products again and again.
You’ll know how to find this type of customer-demanded product that isn’t obvious to other sellers but is how this successful Amazon business was built:

Our business was started with a credit card that had a $600 limit, from home, in our small Kentucky town (population: 9k). We had no prior experience selling any product on Amazon.
And while it has worked like a charm for us and for our 920 students who have sold over a billion dollars….
the rest of the world has been too fixated on shiny objects than to just embrace the big, boring, proven, and profitable path to making a full-time income online.
We follow 3 simple principles
1. Buy Low
2. Sell High
3. Sell products people are already looking for
