The following terms and conditions apply to the two TWF Coaching Monthly Membership programs: 2 Calls Per Month Membership and 4 Calls Per Month Membership.
I acknowledge that this enrollment is a personal commitment to take action and build/grow my business.
I understand that my results are dependent on my commitment and action and are not guaranteed by my TWF Coach, the TWF Team, TWF, or Ascension Consulting.
I agree to be professional and polite to my TWF Coach as well as all other members of the TWF Coaching and TWF Team. Behaviors that may be considered disruptive or rude may result in my removal from the program without reimbursement or refund.
I acknowledge that if I cancel or do not attend my scheduled calls without at least 24 hours advance notice, I forfeit that call and will not be permitted to reschedule it nor will I be eligible for a refund.
I will use the TWF Prime Facebook Group to look for answers to my question(s) and post my question(s) there if I cannot wait for my question(s) to be answered by my TWF Coach on my next scheduled call.
I agree to keep all information from the program confidential. I will not disclose trade secrets learned during Coaching, nor will I disclose personal or business information about Coaches or TWF.
I will not reach out to my TWF Coach privately unless necessary.
I understand that all TWF Coaching correspondence and Coaching Calls are recorded for training, quality assurance, or other purposes. I consent to having my calls and emails with Coaches or TWF Employees recorded. This encompasses emails, phone calls, and other telepresences such as Zoom.
I acknowledge that if my payment is declined for any reason, I will lose access to the TWF Coaching Program effective immediately and will no longer be subject to its benefits.
I consent to join the email list for all information, updates, and newsletters regarding The Wholesale Formula. I recognize I may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" button in any email received or by request to support@thewholesaleformula.com.
I recognize that The Wholesale Formula results vary and are not guaranteed. The success I have is largely dependent on the actions that I take.
I understand that the purpose of TWF Coaching is to excel and hold me accountable. For that reason, I agree that my Coach will have full authority to assign me action steps, goals, etc., and question me if progress has not been made.
I understand that if I am not making progress, accomplishing goals or tasks assigned by my Coach, regularly miss/cancel coaching calls, etc., TWF reserves the right to remove me from the program without reimbursement or refund.
I acknowledge that it is up to me to schedule my coaching calls with my TWF Coach at least 7 days in advance of the call. (I acknowledge that trying to "squeeze in" last-minute calls before the 30-day period elapses will not be tolerated.)
MEMBERSHIP: 2 CALLS PER MONTH
To pay in full a recurring monthly payment of $497 in exchange for...
- 2 private, 30-minute Zoom meetings with a TWF Coach every 30 days
- Access to a TWF Coach assigned specifically to you by our TWF Team
- Access to your TWF Coach's Calendar to schedule your calls as they work for you
- The recording of my coaching calls within 24 hours
- Plus a TWF Prime Membership (You may read the terms & conditions of a TWF Prime Membership here.)
I acknowledge that the items above are the ONLY items, products, or services I will receive in exchange for my recurring monthly payment of $497.
I acknowledge that if I fail to schedule and/or attend 2 calls every 30 days, I will forfeit any missed calls and will not be permitted to reschedule them nor will I be eligible for a refund.
I acknowledge that this payment only grants me access to a TWF Coach for 30 minutes twice per month and does NOT entitle me to have regular, direct correspondence with the Coach outside of my coaching calls.
MEMBERSHIP: 4 CALLS PER MONTH
To pay in full a recurring monthly payment of $897 in exchange for...
- 4 private, 30-minute Zoom meetings with a TWF Coach every 30 days
- Access to a TWF Coach assigned specifically to you by our TWF Team
- Access to your TWF Coach's Calendar to schedule your calls as they work for you
- The recording of my coaching calls within 24 hours
- Plus a TWF Prime Membership (You may read the terms & conditions of a TWF Prime Membership here.)
I acknowledge that the items above are the ONLY items, products, or services I will receive in exchange for my recurring monthly payment of $897.
