Getting Set Up

  1. Sign up on this page. Use the form on this page to join our affiliate list. This lets us email you an invite to promote when enrollment opens to the public.

  2. Watch for the invitation email. When a campaign opens, we’ll email you a link to the promotion-specific Affiliate Page.

  3. Register on the promotion-specific page (required). Register there to confirm that you’ll be promoting in that campaign. This step is required for each campaign you participate in.

  4. Get ClickBank setup instructions and read the terms and conditions. After you register on the promotion-specific page, we’ll provide instructions to set up (or verify) your ClickBank account. We use ClickBank for commissions and tracking.

  5. Receive your unique link. You’ll receive your unique ClickBank hoplink (your personal tracking link) for that campaign.

  6. Payouts are via ClickBank. Commissions are paid out through ClickBank per their payout schedule and your ClickBank payout settings (method, frequency, and threshold).

Platform & Tracking

We use ClickBank® for affiliate sales tracking and commission payouts. Promote only with your unique ClickBank hoplink (your personal tracking link). A sale qualifies when a customer purchases through your hoplink and the order remains past the refund window. ClickBank’s tracking records (including refunds/chargebacks) govern attribution.

Commission Rate

No commission on fraudulent/test orders, cancelled orders, refunded orders, chargebacks, or uncollected installments.We recommend reading ClickBank® affiliates policies for more information on commissions and fees.

Refund Window
Standard refund window is 30 days from purchase (unless a different period is displayed at checkout for a specific offer).

Payment Plans
Commission is earned per collected installment (no commission on failed or refunded installments).

Payouts (via ClickBank)
A transaction’s commission becomes eligible after the 30-day refund window ends and any other applicable conditions are met.
Clawbacks: If a sale is refunded or charged back, the related commission is reversed or deducted from future payouts.

Commissions are not paid to affiliates for any clients that receive a refund. Therefore, it's extremely important that you do your best to prevent refunds by keeping new TWF students engaged and happy! We have several strategies built into our program to fully support new students, increase success rates, and decrease refund rates.

Following the promotion, we encourage you to maintain regular communication with your buyers to reassure them they've made a smart investment and support them in taking action. In an effort to prevent confusion and refunds, you should quickly and clearly communicate any bonuses that you've offered.

In our opinion, preventing a refund is the exact same thing as making a sale.

IMPORTANT: CANCELLATIONS

A customer who has chosen the monthly payment plan option must make an initial payment of $874 at time of enrollment and will then have 3 additional payments of $874 automatically drafted from their credit/debit card or PayPal account exactly 30, 60, and 90 days from their enrollment date. Our team will reach out to them and let them know of the issue. If the customer is able to make the payment within 30 days, their access to TWF will be re-granted.

Though a refund will not be provided for any customer who has chosen the payment plan option, a customer may request to cancel future payments simply by emailing [email protected]. Their TWF access will be revoked.

Affiliate commissions are paid on collected monies only.

IMPORTANT: PAYMENT PLAN NON-REFUNDABLE DEPOSITS

Prior to 2021, we have offered a money-back guarantee to all customers. Due the addition of every customer receiving TWF Coaching through our TWF Prime program and the hard costs involved, we now only offer a refund to those who paid-in-full ($2,997) and who request it within 30 days of enrolling. Customers who chose the payment plan option should consider their first payment of $874 as a non-refundable deposit.

If at any time, you violate the terms outlined below, the terms listed in terms and conditions, or use marketing tactics we deemed unethical, we reserve the right to discontinue our partnership immediately. 

The Wholesale Formula reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. In the event that any changes are made, the revised terms and conditions shall be posted on this website immediately.

  • No early announcements. Do not announce workshop dates, open enrollment, or your bonus package before TWF’s official announcements. Violations can result in termination and loss of commission.

  • FTC compliance required for endorsements and disclosures at all times.

  • No direct solicitation of prospects (e.g., messaging event attendees or ad commenters).

  • No private Facebook groups about TWF or this promotion.

  • No spam, safelists, or solo ads.

  • No cash rebates, gift cards, or physical incentives.

  • No negative-keyword angles (e.g., “scam”).

  • No misrepresentation of the offer and do not copy other affiliates’ assets.

  • Paid ads are allowed (YouTube, Facebook, Google, etc.) only if they follow all promotion rules.
